Returns
1. The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service. It can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination.
2. We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
3. You must return the goods within 7 days of your receipt of the art work with both art work and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost.
4. After we have received the art work, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned. Please see our returns policy.
Returns Process
Please email us at alisonartworks.me@gmail.com and we will email you a returns form with return address. Please print this email and include it with the art work when returning the work. We advise you to opt for a signed for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
We will refund your purchase when we have received and checked the item. Please see returns policy.
How Can I Cancel My Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please email alsonartworks.me@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described above.
